Our gorgeous retreat was built new in 2002. It is a very spacious vacation rental just one lot back from the ocean. Carolina Beach Retreat offers bright rooms, warm furnishings and delightful views.
The ground level provides ample parking for you and your guests, outside showers and an under house entry leading to the game room. This first floor game room is equipped with a refreshment bar, an icemaker, a 2nd refrigerator, an entertainment center, a SONY PlayStation, a TV, and a VCR. Enjoy family fun with footsball and pool tables in this area, our kareoke machine, or lounge at the private 14' X 32' pool and 6 person hot tub just outside the back door. Completing this 1st floor is a 2 bunk room with bath access and a laundry area.
The 2nd floor has 2 King size bed master suites with private baths and deck access. The 3rd King with deck access shares a bath with the fifth bedroom, which contains two singles beds.
Comfort and decor greet you in the 3rd level great room with another entertainment center, fireplace, 1/2 bath and cathedral ceilings. This spacious room opens to the sun deck and covered porch, the dining area and breakfast bar. We understand your need to stay connected while on vacation, so on this floor we have a fax and wireless router that provides internet access for all of your wireless devices.
Get ready to prepare those gourmet meals or burgers on the grill in this generously equipped kitchen and dining area easily accommodating all your family and friends. Don't worry about clean-up, this house has 2 dishwashers to keep you from having a mess laying around! This 3rd floor also has the sixth bedroom, another King size master suite boasting a private bath and deck access to complete your Carolina Beach Retreat vacation.
